‘Positive’ feedback in five-star review

The Care Inspectorate has published a positive review of Grangemouth Carers following an inspection in February 2024.

In the report, the Inspectorate said: “Staff treated people with compassion, dignity and respect and people they supported spoke
extremely positively about them.

“People receive their full support time as staff are given travel time to go between people.

“Feedback from people receiving support and their families was very positive.”

It gave five stars for both leadership in Grangemouth Carers and the ways staff support “people’s wellbeing”.

The Care Inspectorate is a public body which inspects inspect,
awards grades and helps services to improve.

Care services in Scotland cannot operate unless they are registered with the Care Inspectorate.

The Inspectorate also investigates complaints about care services and can take action when things aren’t good enough.
